A YouTuber has proven that healing in World of Warcraft: Midnight's dungeons is possible using just the game's new single-button assistant. This feature, designed to cycle through class abilities automatically, was widely considered unsuitable for healers who need precise timing.
YouTuber Dvalin Gaming crafted a Holy Paladin build that bypasses this limitation. By specializing in the Lightsmith hero talents and selecting every available Area-of-Effect (AoE) healing option, the build causes attacks to passively trigger heals and shields for allies. This eliminates the need for micromanagement while pressing a single button.
In a demonstration, abilities like Judgement automatically activate protective barriers and lay down healing ground effects. All healing is generated passively as the player attacks, causing healing numbers to 'skyrocket' with minimal input. Dvalin notes the build provides consistent, small heals from multiple talent sources rather than large, single bursts.
While optimal for high-level play still requires manual control, this build proves the single-button system can be viable for normal dungeon content. It offers accessibility for casual or disabled players and opens the door for more creative uses of the assistive feature as the game's meta develops.
