Paramount+ has discontinued its 7-day free trial for new subscribers, coinciding with the 2026 introduction of UFC events and a subscription price increase. However, a method remains to access the platform for free.

By signing up for a Walmart+ membership, which itself offers a 30-day free trial, users can gain complimentary access to Paramount+ as a perk. This provides a workaround to stream content without the direct free trial from Paramount+.

The Paramount+ Essential plan starts at $8.99 per month (or $89.99 annually) with ads, offering movies, originals, live sports, and news. The ad-free Premium tier is $13.99 monthly. The service is home to series like "Star Trek: Starfleet Academy," "Halo," and "Yellowjackets," plus live sports from the NFL, UFC, and more.

In addition to Paramount+ access, a Walmart+ membership includes benefits like free delivery, fuel discounts, and exclusive deals.
